  • Request Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a request. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process refunds or replacements.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify.
  • Valid Requests: Refunds and replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
  • Customer Responsibility: We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect choices made by customers, such as selecting the wrong size or color.

How to Submit a Request

If you meet the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to support@zeal-store.com with the following details:

  • Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
  • Request Type (Refund or Replacement)
  • Issue Description (e.g., shipping damage, printing error, etc.)
  • Photo/Video Evidence clearly showing the defect and the product design for verification

Important: Ensure the photos clearly display the defect and confirm that the item belongs to your order.

Step 2: Check Your Email

Once we receive your request, please allow us some time to review your submission. We will respond via email with an update.

Step 3: Approval Notification

  • If your request meets our criteria, we will notify you via email that it has been approved.
  • If it does not meet the conditions, we will inform you of the rejection.

Step 4: Processing Your Request

  • Refunds: If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Replacements: If approved, we will confirm necessary details, prepare your replacement, and ship it to you.

Note: Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include shipping fees.

Refund Calculation Examples

  • If your order was $50 + $10 shipping, your refund would be $50 (product price only).
  • If your order had free shipping, you would receive a 100% refund of the order total.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 days of approval. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please:

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us after your request has been approved. Provide details of the replacement, including:

  • Product Model
  • Size, Color, and Quantity

Exchanges are free of charge, except when changing to a different color or size.
